- Location - The Salutation hotel is situated in the village of Ambleside in the heart of the beautiful lake district offering views over the stunning countryside.
- Restaurant - The restaurant, also decorated in nice,warm colours offers the creative selection of the table d'hote or a la carte menus using wherever possible fresh,local produce. Aug 1998
- Rooms - The large rooms all have ensuite bathrooms and are attractively decorated in warm colours giving a nice homely feel.
