- Exterior - A traditional building. Hotel has recently been refurbished and has full facilities.
- General - The hotel has a large wine cellar with the hotel's own label. There are bars and lounges with superb views and the hotel offer banqueting facilities. Leisure facilities include:- snooker table, health studio, beauty therapy, fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, whirlpool and sunbeds.
- Lobby - The lobby is large with a wooden recpetion desk and patterned carpet.
- Location - The Queens hotel is situated on Penzance's promenade with spectacular views of mount's bay and newlyn harbour.
- Restaurant - There is a silver service restaurant well known for it's high standard of food, fresh vegetables and wine. Local fish and cornish dishes area speciality.
- Rooms - The hotel's rooms are all individual, Spacious and south facing furnished with antiques and decorated by prints and originals from the hotel's famous collection of paintings. Many rooms have spectatcular views across the bay and all rooms have full facilities and private Bathrooms.
