- Location - Is situated in a prime location on Falmouth's sea-front and enjoys spectacular views of the bay and beaches.
- Restaurant - Is formal and overlooks the sea. Offers both a la carte and table d'hote menus.
- Rooms - Are well appointed, with en suite Bathrooms and full facilities. They are of a medium size and are of a good condition.
