- General - This colonial style hotel is situated just five minutes from junction 19 on the m6 and ten minutes from manchester airport. Inside the hotels is furbished in a theme of new orleans - with the accent on style, comfort and good food. The lobby area is quite large, with wood panelling, brickwork, marble floors and white pillars. All of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities and are decortated to a very high standard. There is one restaurant and a leisure complex with pool. This is a very nice hotel - sister to the north lakes hotel in penrith of equal, if not higher standard. 13th january 1995
