- Exterior - A red bricked neo Elizabethen black beamed property, quite attractive in design.
- General - A recently refurbished hotel with every modern comfort and excellent service.rh 09/02
- Lobby - The warm spacious reception reflects the traditions of this historic property with its glorious fireplace, chandeliers and artefacts, and leads off to a stylish furnished lounge.
- Location - Located in the heart of Chester, adjacent to the mainline Railway Station and just a short drive from the M56 and M53 motorway links.
- Restaurant - The Grosvenor restaurant is again very traditional and cosy in design and serves a large variety of cuisine. There is also the Ye Old Westminster Bar serving traditional ales and snacks.
- Rooms - All rooms are medium in size and decorated with an air of elegance. The rooms are very traditional in design and are in good condition. Tea and coffee making facilities can be found in each room.
