- Exterior - A modern property which is quite low rise. The inside is brightly decorated and has a friendly comfortable atmosphere.

- Lobby - The lobby area is quite large and has comfortable sofas for guests to relax in.
- Location - It set in spacious grounds located in a quiet suburb overlooking the famous Abbots Well, with views across the Welsh mountains in the distance.
- Restaurant - The Garden Room Restaurant specialises in French and English cuisine and is a charmingly designed restaurant with intimate alcoves.
- Rooms - The rooms all have en-suite bathrooms and full facilities. They are in a good condition and are pleasantly decorated in light, bright colours. They are medium in size.
