- Exterior - This is a traditional hotel.
- General - The hotel also has full leisure facilities. (02/01 MJ)
- Lobby - The lobby is small in size but the original beams of the mill have been made into a feature of the hotel. The lobby is quite dark and has a small seating area.
- Location - The hotel has been restored from a Victorian cornmill into the hotel it is today. It is situated in the city centre and has its own car park. It is situated on the Shropshire Union Canal.
- Restaurant - The hotel has no less than 4 restaurants offering guests a choice of dishes from international cuisine to Thai to fish and vegetarian.
- Rooms - All rooms have been restored with the original brickwork remaining from the time when the hotel was a working mill. All rooms are medium in size are of a good condition. All have full facilities and are en-suite.
