- Exterior - This is a 4 storey modern hotel with attractive surroundings.
- General - This is a lovely hotel and is ideal for any market. The hotel also features a leisure club with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, sunbeds and a gym. August 1998
- Lobby - The hotel lobby is medium in size with a reception desk and seating area. The decor is also modern with bright colours and a marble floor.
- Location - This hotel is situated only a few minutes from Peterborough town centre and the excellent road links make it easily accessible. The hotel overlooks the 500 acre necre country Park and golf course. Local attractions include the nene valley steam railway, flag fen and burghley house.
- Restaurant - Meadows restaurant offers a la carte and table d' hote menus in an attractive room with pine furniture and fans on the ceilings. The sportsman bar offers lighter snacks and drinks and has a long bar and eye-catching stone fireplace.
- Rooms - The hotel has 125 rooms and 4 Spacious suites. Each room includes en suite Bath/shower, tv, hairdryer, trouser press, 24 hour room service and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are small and medium in size and in good condition with pale colours and light wooden furnishings.
