- Exterior - This hotel combines Georgian elegance with modern convenience. It is set around an elegant 18th century building.
- General - The hotel has a fitness room which guests can utilise. - not visited / report from brochure - august 1998
- Lobby - The lobby is quite Spacious and is light and airy. It is decorated in a traditional style with wooden floors and colourful rugs.
- Location - The Courtyard By Marriott Milton Keynes is situated in a rural area, however, it is only one mile from the m4 and five miles from Milton Keynes town centre.
- Restaurant - The hotel restaurant with its traditional decor offers guests a choice of a selection of light meals, and a full a la carte menu, all day in comfortable surroundings.
- Rooms - The rooms do vary in size but are mainly medium and are kept in good condition along with the Bathrooms. Rooms are Spacious and comfortably decorated and are furnished with a double bed (some also have sofa beds), ensuite Bathroom, direct-dial telephone, hair-dryer, trouser press, tea/coffee making facilities, writing desk and tv with satelitte channels.
