- Exterior - The hotel is a romantic gothic mansion built from very pale cream bricks. Which was built in 1859. There is a modern wing extension.

- Lobby - The lobby area is medium in size and is panelled in dark woods. There is a large sweeping stair case.
- Location - This hotel is set in 35 acres of gardens on the banks of the River Thames. It is 3 miles from Windsor Castle and 15 miles from Heathrow airport.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is wood panelled and serves a wide selection of traditional English and continental cuisine.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are all mainly located in recent extensions to the original mansion. They all have bath and shower, television with in-house movies, hair dryer and trouser press. They are a variety of sizes but all are decorated and furnished in a Victorian style.
