- Exterior - This is a modern low-rise building with red brick walls. It has a small garden at the front and a large car Park.
- General - The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, exercise facilities, sauna and steam room. This is an excellent Hilton hotel and is ideal for any market. Malcolm august 1998
- Lobby - The hotel lobby is medium in size with a reception desk and a seating area. The decor is quite modern and the room is bright and airy.
- Location - This hotel is situated 1 mile south of the market town of Newbury off the a34. Local attractions include Newbury racecourse, highclere Castle, winchester cathedral and basildon Park.
- Restaurant - Stubbs restaurant and piano bar is a large modern restaurant with different floor levels. A variety of menus are on offer including International cuisine.
- Rooms - The hotel has 109 rooms with facilities including multi-channel satellite tv, in-house movies, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, trouser press and no-stop checkout. The rooms are medium in size and in excellent condition and the decor is modern with light wooden furnishings and brightly coloured walls and fabrics.
