- Lobby - The hotel lobby is medium in size with a reception desk and a seating area. The decor is quite modern but basic.
- Location - This hotel is set in 18 acres of grounds in the Royal borough of Berkshire, offering easy access to the m4, m25 and m40 motorways.
- Restaurant - The dining room restaurant provides a formal dining experience with a variety of dishes on offer. The borders brasserie and bar is the ideal setting for a lighter snack and refreshing drink.
- Rooms - The hotel has 189 rooms, all en suite, with facilities including hairdryer, telephone and tv. The rooms are small and medium in size with plain walls and generally dated decor. The rooms are in good condition though.
