- Lobby - Large lobby area which looks onto the swimming pool. The interior of the hotel is very modern.
- Location - Is very modern and is situated near the city centre adjacent to St. Mary Radcliffe church.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is set in one of the original mills and the original brickwork remains intact.
- Rooms - All of the rooms are comfortable and are of a good standard. They are of a medium size and have full facilities and en suite Bathrooms.
