- Exterior - It is a low modern building with a conservatory at the back which overlooks the water.
- General - (02/01 MJ)
- Lobby - The reception area is of medium size and is quite basic, being geared mainly towards the tourist market. The lounge/bar area leads off from the lobby and is spacious.
- Location - The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the city centre at Widicombe Basin.
- Restaurant - The Carvery Restaurant which overlooks Widicombe Basin, provides a pleasant relaxing setting for guests.
- Rooms - The majority of the rooms are of medium size. All have en suite bathrooms and full facilities. The rooms are of good condition and are either twin or double based.
