- Location - The hotel is situated more or less in the very centre of Naama Bay, close to shopping, restaurants and boutiques.
- Restaurant - The hotel has three restaurants and a coffee shop providing national and international cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms are of a medium size offering the basic facilities in a reasonably furnished surrounding.
