- Exterior - This is a modern building.
- General - This hotel should be considered a good superior first class hotel in need of renovation. 03/01 AR
- Lobby - The lobby is of a medium size with some seating arrangements. It is decorated in marble stone and is bright.
- Location - The hotel is situated on the banks of the Nile close to the commercial centre.
- Restaurant - The restaurant and coffee shop area face the Nile and lead off from the reception area. The restaurant is traditional Egyptian style with a very high ceiling and is in need of urgent refurbishment (although clean and presentable). There is also a Chinese restaurant leading off from the main dining area and it is in the same state, the food is good.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are of a good size with comfortable beds, clean and reasonably decorated. Bathrooms are large and bright. Some of the rooms face the Nile.
