- Exterior - Architectually the building is one of the grandest that exists in Cairo and was built during the colonial period. It is a large low rise property built in the style of a huge manor house.
- General -
- Lobby - The large lobby, recently refurbished, is decorated with fine marble flooring and beige colour walls and is a reflection of a traditional country mansion.
- Location - The hotel is located in Heliopolis which is situated on the eastern side of Cairo city and is only approximately ten minutes drive from Cairo International airport. The hotel grounds are one of the largest in Cairo and is rather similar to a mini resort.
- Restaurant - The hotel offers four exquisite restaurants offering a wide selection of cuisine. 03/01 AR
- Rooms - The bedrooms are large and have recently been completely refurbished and redecorated again in traditional classic style. Matching carpets and upoholstery show off the elegance of the hotel.
