- Exterior - The hotel building is a very modern high-rise tower block and offers some breathtaking river views.
- General - The hotel guests also have full use of the generous leisure facilities of the neighbouring Cataract Hotel. There is no extra charge for this as the hotels are affiliated. This hotel is of an acceptable standard for its class. 03/01 AR
- Lobby - The lobby and reception area are sparsely furnished, giving it a somewhat empty appearance with little character. However the space available is functional as it enables the hotel to handle large groups.
- Location - The hotel is located close to the city centre and a few minutes' walk from the banks of the River Nile.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a very inviting restaurant which presents a good variety of local and international dishes.
- Rooms - All the guest rooms are simply furnished and painted in light fresh colours. The standard rooms are of a reasonable size for a hotel of its class.
