- Exterior - The hotel consists of white painted buildings with decorative brick stonework.
- General -
- Lobby - The lobby is of a medium size with marble flooring and dark furniture.
- Location - The hotel is located on the bank of the Nile, in the centre of Aswan. The hotel is surrounded by tropical gardens.
- Restaurant - The restaurant has a view of the Nile and has seating both inside and outside. The hotel also has an Italian restaurant and a bar and snack bar by the swimming pool. AR 04/01 (from brochure).
- Rooms - The rooms are bright with cream painted walls and pastel coloured bedspread, curtains and dark furniture. The bathroom is bright and is coloured in pastel shades with a sink surrounded in dark marble.
