- Lobby - The lobby and reception areas have very high ceilings and are very modern in ambience, with modern low level seats around glass topped low level tables.
- Location - This property is sited on its own island in the middle of the Nile, approached only by water taxi.
- Restaurant - The main restaurant is comfortable and decorated in a modern Italian style.
- Rooms - All the rooms are of a good size, including those that are sited in the hotel's gardens. All are furbished to the same high standard with modern decor and furniture.
