- Lobby - The lobby and public areas are well presented and typical of modern hotels in Egypt; with many outlets such as shops and banking facilities.
- Location - The hotel is located off the main road that runs along the coast, about five to ten minutes from the centre of town by taxi.
- Restaurant - There are several restaurants, mostly with a theme. All are attractively furnished in a style in keeping with their theme.
- Rooms - The rooms are of a good size and well appointed with all the modern comforts one would expect from a chain hotel.
