Hotel Reports
- Exterior - A very modern construction, typical in many ways of the Sheraton style of many of their deluxe hotels.
- General - This is an excellent property throughout, it boasts many other services such as the jacuzzi and sauna situated on the eleventh floor overlooking the town and the 'City Pub' which is the hotels bar area. Banqueting and conference facilities are also available. Hotel not visited, report has been written with the aid of a brochure. 0400/PG
- Lobby - The lobby is large, open-plan and modern in decor. It has marble flooring throughout from the reception area and floor to the ceilings. There is a small seating area to one side of the reception area.
- Location - Strategically situtuated in the most modern area of a new development in the north of Quito, the Citiplaza centre, executive, financial and administrative complex in front of Quicentro shopping mall only ten minutes away from Mariscal Sucre international airport.
- Restaurant - The Las Fragatas restaurant serves very high quality local and international cuisine and is also well known in Quito.
- Rooms - The examples shown are large in size and in very good to excellent condition. Decor is always light although colour schemes change.
