- Exterior - A large, purpose built modern structure.
- General - An excellent hotel with many services to offer such as a business centre, conference and banquet rooms and facilities and a full gymnasium, steam baths and sauna facilities. . 0400/pg hotel not visited, report has been written with the aid of a brochure.
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size with white tiled flooring and a marble topped reception area just to the right of the entrance. It is modern throughout and incorporates a lounge area.
- Location - Situated on Av. 12 de Octubre y Cordero next door to the World Trade Centre just four miles away from the airport.
- Restaurant - The hotel boasts two restaurants, the Cafe Royal and the Terraza Steak Grill.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and in very good condition with various shades varying from browns to beiges predominately used and blending with the dark wood furnishings.
