- Exterior - A large, modern purpose built tower block.
- General - A very good hotel for its category. . 0400/PG Hotel not visited, report has been written with the aid ofa brochure.
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and adjacent to this is one of the hotels two bars 'Sports Bar'.
- Location - Situated in the commercial centre of Quito a short walk from the El Jardin Mall and the La Carolina park. It is ten minutes away from the airport.
- Restaurant - Modern and serves local and international cuisine.
- Rooms - The example shown is of a large room furnished in a modern style and in very good condition. The colours used are mainly dark and blend with the dark wood furnishings.
