- Exterior - A large purpose built modern tower block.
- General - This is a wonderful property with a range of services to suit any traveller whether on business or leisure. Other services offered include a casino, tennis, golf, conference rooms and facilities and banquetting rooms as well as a business centre. 0400/PG Hotel not visited, report has been written with the aid of a brochure.
- Lobby - The lobby is large in size and open plan. It has a shiny tiled flooring and incorporates a lounge area.
- Location - Ideally situated in the financial centre and commercial district with easy access to the colonial sector of the city and only twenty minutes away from Mariscal Sucre International airport.
- Restaurant - The hotel has three restaurants and two bar/cafe's offering all clients a very wide variety and choice from local to internation to italian dishes.
- Rooms - The example shown is of a junior suite room. It is large and modernly furnished in a mixture of light and dark colours. The room is in very good condition and has full facilities befitting a hotel of this category.
