Hotel Reports
- Exterior - A tall modern structure with a heavy English architectural influence.
- General - A very good hotel for its category also disposing of gym and jacuzzi as well as conference rooms. 0400/PG Hotel not visited, report has been written with the aid of a brochure.
- Lobby - In contrast to the rest of the hotel the lobby is very traditional in style dominated by a large hanging chandelier. The room itself is large and in very good condition and is decorated in a wide variety of traditional furnishings from antique rugs to dark wood tables and various statues. The room also incorporates a couple of lounge areas and has marble flooring throughout.
- Location - Situated on the Avenue Repulica del Salvador in the heart of the expanding business sector and close to the financial district.
- Restaurant - A unique room where the main decoration are the stone trees representating the nature for which Ecuador is famed. Serves local and international cuisine. Banqueting rooms and facilities are also available.
- Rooms - Examples shown are of medium to large rooms in very good to excellent condition and furnished in a modern style with both dark and light colours used.
