- General - This is an excellent hotel for its category, with excellent facilities and a good location. . 0400/PG Hotel not visited, report has been written with the aid of a brochure.
- Lobby - The open-plan lobby is large and modern in design and decor with marble flooring and reception area, whitewashed walls and paintings for decor. It also incorporates a couple of seating areas with black leather couches and tables.
- Location - Situated on the street named 6 de Deciembre offering quick access to the business and banking districts, the airport, the historic centre and the valleys of Tumbaco and Los Chillos.
- Restaurant - Serves a wide variety of local and intenational cuisine.
- Rooms - The example given is of a medium sized room, again modern in decor and in very good condition. It is fully carpeted with light colours blending with the dark wood furnishings.
