- General - This is an elegant, deluxe hotel, with a vast array of facilities. (04/01 DM)
- Lobby - The hotel has a large, spacious lobby with marble flooring. The lobby is furnished with antique furniture and the centrepiece is a large bronze statue.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of the city, opposite the historical Bolivar Park, and 15 minutes from the airport. The city's financial and banking districts, principal cultural and tourist attractions are nearby.
- Restaurant - The restaurant serves international cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms are large rooms and in pale colours, the beds have brightly coloured bed coverings. All rooms have modern facilities.
