- Exterior - This is a modern resort & conference style hotel consisting of 02 buildings- the main building houses the hotel rooms and the other houses the apartments.
- General - The Marienlyst is a comfortable resort style property-it's major selling points are it's location and leisure facilities-casino, wave pool etc. Feb 2000
- Lobby - The lobby area is of medium size in modern style adjoining a bar and seating area looking out across the water.
- Location - The Marienlyst enjoys a loevly location on the Danish coastline looking out over the water to the coast of Sweden.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is again modern in design and has seaside theme, diners can enjoy views of the nearby kronberg catle from the restaurant.
- Rooms - All rooms in the main building are hotel style rooms of medium size and good condition, there are also apartment style rooms available in another wing of the hotel, these are much larger with kitchenette facility but are not of as good standard as the hotel rooms.
