- Exterior - It is housed in a traditionally styled building but is quite modern internally.
- General - The hotel is warm friendly hotel and offers great value for money. (01/01 BL)
- Lobby - The reception area is small.
- Location - It is a small intimate hotel located in the heart of Copenhagen, adjacent to the central station. Within easy reach of all Copenhagen's major attractions and a short walk from the SAS airport bus drop off point at central station.
- Restaurant - The hotel serves breakfast only, but the restaurant is very quaint and beautiful.
- Rooms - There are three distinct types of rooms on offer here, economy without private facilities, standard rooms which have all recently been refurbished and offer a high level of comfort. V.I.P rooms which are of a very high standard and would not be out of place in any deluxe hotel
