- Exterior - The hotel is built in a charming Old English style.
- General - An enjoyable stay is assured at this small service orientated hotel, which enjoys an excellent location. (01/01 BL)
- Lobby - The lobby area is small, yet charming and intimate.
- Location - The hotel is located between the Royal theatre and harbour,. It is a great location within easy reach of the Kongens Nytov, the international shopping streets of Copenhagen and lastly the Royal Palace.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is a small quaint affair, serving breakfast in a beautiful, warm setting. (Only breakfast served in hotel)
- Rooms - All rooms are well maintained and comfortable, the rooms differ a lot in shape and size but all have a high level of facilities. All are in good condition.
