- Exterior - The hotel is of contemporary design being modern both externally and internally.
- General - The hotel is situated in an ideal location, it is comfortable and well maintained. (01/01 BL)
- Lobby - The lobby area is of a medium size, very scandinavian with extensive use of wood and earthy colours. All public area are well kept, modern and comfortable.
- Location - The hotel enjoys a central location in a quiet side street within close proximity of Radhausplasen (the City's main square), Tivoli gardens, central station and the main shopping area of Copenhagen.
- Restaurant - The restaurant serves national dishes and fresh seafood. Breakfast is served here. A coffee shop serves light dishes and Danish pastries. There also is a traditional English pub.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium sized and in good condition. They are decorated in light wood and pastel colours. The bathrooms (with shower only) are in good condition.
