- Exterior - A 5 storey red brick building, fitting in nicely with the surrounding area, as it is a typical building, close to the street, with high windows and a traditional look.
- General - A centrally located property, and although relatively basic, is good value for money. (BL07/01)
- Lobby - Small to medium in size and relatively simple in design.
- Location - Located in the city centre just off the Vesterbrogade and less than 5 minutes walk to the main station. Although this property is situated on the edge of Copenhagens red light district, clients should not worry, as this is indeed a very bright and safe area.
- Restaurant - There is no restaurant.
- Rooms - Functional rooms, typical of this chain. All are medium in size and in good condition.
