• Exterior - It is a traditional white stone building with narrow rectangular and arched windows.
• General - The hotel is a traditionally styled building with a modern interior, the location is central, but is in red light area & some guests may not like this area. Nevertheless it is not a dangerous area. Overall the property offers good value for money. (01/01 BL)
• Lobby - The lobby is medium sized and decorated in light pastel colours and contains a life size replica statue of the Little Mermaid.
• Location - The hotel is located adjacent to the central station in the red light district of Copenhagen. The location makes it convenient to most of Copenhagen's major attractions including Tivoli gardens, the shopping street Storget (the world's longest pedestrian street), cinemas, restaurants and the airport bus drop off point at central station. It is a very safe area.
• Restaurant - Located on the ground floor, it is a simply designed room with orange tiles and floor.
• Rooms - There are three different room types: 1) Economy standard which do not have private facilities or televisions. 2) Normal standard which are all of medium size and in fair condition. 3) V.I.P rooms on the top floor which are ranked among the best rooms to be found in Copenhagen. Standard rooms are used generally.
