Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The hotel is a modern, prefabricated, medium-rise block dating back to the 1970s socialist-realist style.
- General - PH 04/01
- Lobby - The small to medium sized lobby is dark and quite warm and cosy. Although the fixtures and fittings are quite dated they are all still quite functional. The lobby has marble floors and dark wood panelling throughout. The seating is similar to airline seats. The upholstery is mainly brown.
- Location - The hotel is situated just off the main road into Olomouc from Prague and Brno. The old town is about 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel is located opposite one of the town's parks.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is on the ground floor. It is decorated in the same sort of colour scheme as the rest of the hotel although there is more natural light through the larger windows.
- Rooms - The rooms are clean and well looked after but, like the rest of the hotel, they are quite dated. The main colour scheme is brown and orange. The furniture is quite old. Only bathrooms from 5th to 9th floor are renovated.
