- Exterior - This hotel is a modern attractive pink building with bright lighting to highlight its presence on the street.
- General - A modern hotel in an excellent condition with good leisure facilities. Although it has leisure facilities it is not a spa hotel. January 2000
- Lobby - Modern medium-sized reception with bright colours giving a welcoming impression to the guest.
- Location - The hotel has a good city centre location within easy walking distance of all the main parks and sanatoria. Trolleybuses stop close to the hotel although the main railway station is a taxi journay away.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is situated on the ground floor opposite the reception area. It has large windows which highlight the attractive pastel colours.
- Rooms - All the bedrooms are medium sized and in excellent condition. All the bedrooms are decorated with modern pastel colours. The bathrooms, like the bedrooms are in excellent condition with all the standard facilities.
