- Exterior - A building that is split into 3 buildings, almost like a semi circle with a large green areas in the middle making the hotel look very attractive and welcoming.
- General - A spa hotel offering full spa facilities, both medically and non medically supervised. There are both an outdoor and indoor pool. Hotel is ideal for guests needing rest and recouperation.07/02
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and is also a little dated. The furnishings are rustic in design.
- Location - The hotel is in the spa area of Karlovy Vary, half way up the hill towards the town centre.
- Restaurant - The restaurant overlooks the spa resort of Karlovy Vary and is a large grand room. The restaurant offers a large variety of Czech cuisine, along with a selection of International dishes.
- Rooms - The rooms are a good size and vary in design. Many rooms are decorated in rustic dark style wooden furniture with lighter soft furnishings and other rooms are with white wood furniture and slightly darker soft furnishings. The rooms along with the bathrooms are in very good condition.
