- Exterior - This is a modern building with a lot of white material and glass
- General - This is the most modern hotel in Brno. Air conditioning is available for use in all rooms from 1 April until October each year.PH 06/01
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, spacious and bright with sofas, shops, 2 bars, a restaurant, posters and many plants. The lobby is open plan.
- Location - The hotel is located approximately 10 minutes by car from Brno city centre. There are bus connections and the hotel is not far from the Exhibition Centre.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is open plan and is situated in the lobby with tables mainly for 2-4 people.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and kept in good condition along with the bathrooms. They are bright and airy and all rooms have sofas and standard fixtures. Each room has a long work table and a small living area.
