- Exterior - The building is an annex with the sister hotel "Grecian park, with wonderful gardens, and with almost all rooms having a side sea view.
- General - This property is beautiful, with a warm and very friendly service,and together with the location makes it ideal for all kind of travellers, FIT's or Groups.
- Lobby - The lobby of the hotel is medium size decorated in a luxurious style of 16th century tiles on te floor and beautiful dark wood armchairs.
- Location - One of the best established hotels is situated some 10min walk to the east of Ayia Napa on its long sandy beach and amongst lavish gardens.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is made to look like a traditional Cyprus restaurant and offers a variaty of local and international dishes.
- Rooms - The rooms are of medium size and feature soft colours, natural wood. All rooms with Air-condition, mini bar, satellite TV, telephone, safe deposit box.
