- Exterior - A large yellow and brown purpose built modern construction with an arch facade typical of downtown.
- General - This is a very good centrally located hotel with a swimming pool suitable for all types of travellers. (10/02 RC)
- Lobby - The lobby is large in size and incorporates a seating area for guests inreception and a bar just a few stairs away.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located, in the heart of the Old Havana surrounded by the "Garcia Lorca Theatre, the "Capitolio, "National Museum" and within walking distance from "Havana Cathedral".
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located in a prime location facing Central Park with a mediterranean looking and serves local and international cuisine. There is also a pool bar and a classical french a'-la-carte restaurant.
- Rooms - The rooms are large in size in a very good condition. All of them with sound and light proof with a modern decor.
