- Lobby - The lobby is spacious with a large seating area. It is light and airy, with a reception desk just in front of the entrance doors.
- Location - The hotel is located in a peaceful area but close to the centre of Zagreb. It is only a five minute car ride from the main station and half an hour from the airport.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is large in size serving international cuisine. There is also a bar.
- Rooms - The hotel has 345 rooms, small to medium in size and clean and functional. The walls are white with dark wooden furniture and beds. Facilities include satellite television, telephone and mini bar.
