- Exterior - A modern white painted building, the hotel is mediterranean in appearance.
- General -
- Lobby - Large in size, the lobby is well lit and plain but quite modern in appearance. There is also a bar in the lobby area.
- Location - Situated near the historical attractions of Zadar in a quiet picturesque setting, this hotel offers views of the Zadar channel and islands. The hotel has a beach front location and is also near the town and National Park offering a good base to explore the surrounding area.
- Restaurant - A medium size restaurant, it is plainly decorated using pastel colours and excellent lighting to create a pleasant and clean appearance. It is also air conditioned. The food available is also of a good standard.
- Rooms - Small to medium in siz, the rooms are pastel coloured featuring wooden furnishings. Although they are quite plain in appearance they are pleasant and clean, offering the facilities expected of this standard of hotel. Most rooms have balconies.
