- Exterior - A large white building that is wide rather than tall, the hotel is easily identifiable as is is built in the middle of huge grounds. All sides feature balconies, as it is built in a mediterrean style.
- General - This is a typical Croatian resort hotel. The sporting facilities around the hotel complex are excellent with several football grounds, soccer fields, athletic and running tracks and tennis courts.
- Lobby - The lobby is very spacious and friendly. There are plenty of seating areas around.
- Location - Situated very near the beaches of Medulin, the hotel is ideally located for those wishing to get away from city life, although not too far away to abandon it altogether.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is very spacious and offers international and local mediterean cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and modern and comfortable furnishedThe bathrooms are also medium in size and are clean and functional.
