- Exterior - The hotel consists of two wings and the rooms are located on 4 floors of each wing. The building is a typical white washed contruction located in a huge pine-wood area.
- General - The hotel has a heated sea water swimming pool, 2 conference halls, a bowling alley, table tennis, gym, sauna and classic massage. There is a surgery with special programmes for athletes as well as special nutritional programmes.
- Lobby - The lobby is located in the middle part between the two wings and is very spacious, with floor tiles and plenty of seating areas. Located around the lobby are an aperitif bar and a cafe bar with outside terrace facilities.
- Location - This is one of the largest hotels on the Istrian Peninsula. It is located directly on the seafront, 10km away from the historic centre of Pula.
- Restaurant - There is a restaurant on site with a large and small dining area. Both restaurants offer international and local mediterrenean cuisine.
- Rooms - The hotel has 450 guest rooms with central heating.
