- Exterior - The hotel is a modern building built in 1963 and partly renovated in 1997.
- General - Further amenities at this 3 star hotel include a private rocky beach where deck chairs and parasols can be rented, 2 swimmng pools (1 shallow for children), a fitness centre and souvenir shop. Excursions and tours can be arranged at the reception desk. There is also table tennis, billiards, darts and tennis courts 10 minutes away. Promenaders or joggers will enjoy walking or jogging on the paths along the coast. There is live music on the hotel terrace each night.0501ZS

- Location - The hotel is located on the cape of the western part of the Lapad Penninsula. The Old City is approximately 4 kilometres away and can be reached by bus.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a restaurant serving buffet breakfast, lunch and supper as well as a la carte meals. There is also a restaurant on the beach with aperitif bar which converts into a nightclub in the evenings.
- Rooms - There are 158 modern rooms with television, telephone and central heating. A fax can be fitted in rooms on request.
