- Exterior - The hotel is a recently renovated medium rise whitewashed concrete building with dark metal and wood facade and trim.
- General -
- Lobby - The medium to large sized lobby has a dark ceiling and light metal and perspex decor. The floor is in pale marble contrasting with the various shades of blue of the seating area.
- Location - Grand hotel park is situated in the lapad area of Dubrovnik around 15 minutes' drive from the historic old town. The hotel is around 5 minutes' walk from its own private beach. The nearest bus stop is about 10 minutes' walk away.
- Restaurant - The large and airy restaurant is situated on the lobby level. 26.03.98
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are modern in style with light wood fixtures and fittings and beige/white colour schemes.
