- General - 0100/pg hotel not visited, report written with the aid of a brochure.
- Lobby - Medium in size and modern in decor with a dark wood reception area. It incorporates a lounge area.
- Location - Situated in San Jose next to the shopping and business centre and just 15 minutes from the international airport.
- Restaurant - The hotel has one restaurant situated on the second floor called 'las caravelas' which serves international cuisine.
- Rooms - All the rooms are modern in keeping with the rest of the hotel with light colours predominately used. They are large and many have views of the mountains.
