- Exterior - This is a very traditional victorian house converted into a boutique hotel.
- General - This is a very good hotel for its standard especially for those wishing to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but close enough to go there in a few minutes. (10/02 RC)
- Lobby - The lobby is small in size and incorporates a small seating area.
- Location - This hotel is situated a several minutes walk from the city centre of San Jose.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is small in size and it is located on the ground floor.
- Rooms - Most of the rooms are in a very good condition, they differ in size and have their own particular design as it was a private house before.
