- Exterior - It is a low rise seventh floor building.
- General - This is a centrally located hotel with very basic facilities. It is ideal forbudget clients looking for a simple base, close to all of San Jose attractions.(10/02 RC)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size with a large wooden reception area and decorated with large mirrors.
- Location - Situated in the heart of cosmopolitan San Jose on the central avenue boulevard, within walking distance from the business district, goverment agencies, restaurants, cultural, commercial and historical centres. It is also just thirty minutes from the international airport.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is situated on the seventh floor and is furnished in a cafetteria style serving international cuisine.
- Rooms - 50% of the rooms are executives rooms with balcony and two double beds. The rest are standard without balcony or view and with two single beds. Most of the rooms are medium to large in good condition.
