- General - A business centre and recreation facilities, including gym, lifecycle, stairmaster, treadmill, sauna&steambath, indooor swimming pool and outdoor tennis court are available. - not visited, report from brochure - may 99.
- Lobby - The lobby is large and the ceiling is two storeys high, with chandeliers.
- Location - The Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza is only minutes away from the city's shopping area and just 20 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel is also located close to the consulate district and the economic development zones of Shanghai. In addition, the hotel is located right next to the Shanghai International film arts center and the silver star bowling centre.
- Restaurant - There are several food outlets in the hotel. Cantonese, sichuan, asian, european, and Japanese cuisine are offered.
- Rooms - The 496 beautifully appointed guest rooms have all modern facilities.
